REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
We cherish every donation and work hard to ensure every dollar is put to work helping others quickly. When we receive your donation, we believe it was your full intention to support our efforts to meet our patients and their family’s unmet needs. Because the Lady Storm Foundation puts all donations to work quickly, we do not offer refunds on any donations, or any donations made in receipt of gift items. If the Lady Storm Foundation offers a gift with a donation and there is a choice of gifts, please choose carefully. We do not give refunds if you change your mind or make a wrong decision.
The Lady Storm Foundation may offer, from time-to-time, goods for purchase where a percent of the goods purchased will go help support the Foundation’s efforts. In such cases, goods that are faulty, wrongly described, different from the sample shown to you, or don’t do what they are supposed to do, you will be able to choose between a refund, exchange, or credit. These goods will be clearly marked as such and will be considered purchased goods and will not be considered a donation or eligible for tax deduction.
PURCHASED EVENT TICKETS
The Lady Storm Foundation may offer, from time to time, tickets for fundraising events where a percentage of the event donation will go to help support the Foundation’s efforts. In such cases, when we receive your event donation, we believe it was your full intention to support our efforts to reach our goals. Because the Lady Storm Foundation put all donations to work quickly, we do not offer refunds on any donations, or any donations made for events. The ticket may be transferred to another designated attendee. Please notify the Lady Storm Foundation of this transfer at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please Note: Refunds, exchanges or credit note will not be offered on items that have been damaged or worn.
Please retain your receipt for proof of purchase.
